Only few hours remain for people to welcome the New Year and many have already started making their way down to the Annual Fiji Street Party with Legend FM and Vodafone at Albert Park.
Thousands of people are expected to welcome the New Year at the largest event in the South Pacific tonight.
Fijivillage spoke to some members of the public who say they are already looking forward to tonight's event.
Meanwhile, the organizer Total Event Company Manager Loretta Jackson said they have made some changes to the look of the event this year.
Jackson said the event will be a non-alcoholic, fun, family event in a safe environment and will have live entertainment as well as activities early this evening.
More than 300 songs have been selected for the Annual Fiji Street Party with Legend FM and Vodafone which kicks off at 7 tonight and will end at 1am at Albert Park with bus services operating until 3am.
