Nadi Town came to a standstill today as the Nadi soccer team marched through the main town to celebrate their victory of wining the Vodafone Fiji FACT.
Shops were closed as thousands of people gathered on the streets and joined the march with about 30 float processions with their soccer stars to celebrate the win which came after 17 years.
Shops were decorated in green while Taxis and Buses waived Nadi flags.
Each player was awarded more than $500 with a mobile phone worth more than $1,000 with other complementary prizes.
Nadi won the Vodafone Fiji FACT after 17 years beating Ba 3-1 in the final.
