Thousands of people living in Samabula and the greater Suva area are without water supply from this morning.
The Water Supply Department has confirmed that a main pipe in Vatoa Road in Samabula burst last night which has led to the shut down.
Engineers are currently repairing the main pipe and water supply is expected to normalize tonight.
The Water Department has also confirmed that they will be no water trucks supplying water to the affected areas.
