The National Fire Authority said there was no unreasonable delay in trying to save 23 year old Malakai Ratubuli, who died after being buried under 100 tonnes of grain at Walu Bay on Wednesday.

Chief Fire Officer, Mark Reid said all emergency services worked together as a team and there was nothing else left that could have saved the life of Ratubuli.

However, Reid maintains that Fiji does not have all special equipment that can be used in unusual events.
