The temporary stay order to allow Natural Waters of Viti Limited to export until the 31st of January has been extended to next week.
The decision was made in Chambers by Justice Jocelyn Scutt.
Natural Waters Legal Counsel, Richard Naidu said the whole matter is expected to be resolved next month.

confirms the orders will continue until the 5th of February.
Natural Waters had earlier filed an injunction seeking court orders, which include that FIRCA gives the all clear, for its containers of Fiji Water sitting at the Lautoka Wharf, to be exported.
The legal action was initiated against FIRCA after Natural Waters claimed that the Authority was blocking its exports of Fiji Water, which has been denied by FIRCA and the Interim Finance Minister who say that Natural Waters has failed to make correct declarations on its exports.
