Nadi Police are looking for unidentified people who broke into a temple and damaged religious statues.
West Media Officer Wame Buatolu confirmed the incident took place on Sunday night.
It is alleged that the statues were taken out of the temple and left beside the road.
Neighbours saw the statues beside the road yesterday morning and informed police.
Police are calling for more information.
