The Constitutional Officers Commission is now reviewing Police Commissioner, Commodore Esala Teleni's contract.
Commission Chairman, Rishi Ram said Commodore Teleni wants some provisions of the contract changed and the matter will be resolved later this week.
Commodore Teleni said last week, he wants his contract reviewed.
Rishi Ram added the Police Commissioner was told about his contract before he was appointed.
Meanwhile, Permanent Secretary for the Prime Minister's office, Pramesh Chand said they are monitoring the concerns raised by Commodore Teleni.
