The Citizen's Constitutional Forum is concerned that Esala Teleni is misusing his position as Police Commissioner to pervert the cause of justice and CCF proposes that he should be disciplined.
CCF Executive Director Reverend Akuila Yabaki said no judge can support a military coup of any kind and as Police Commissioner, Yabaki said Teleni should know that a coup is an illegal act.
However, Constitutional Officers Commission Chairman Rishi Ram said they will have to see first what actually transpired.
