The interim government will soon form a Telecommunication Authority which will look into the regulatory matters of the Communication Ministry.
Interim Communications Minister Tom Ricketts said this Authority will run normal as other boards that have a chairman, board members and staff and will handle regulatory matters for the Ministry.
Ricketts said it will be the Authority, which will decide if a new company will be awarded mobile phone license.
