Tavua man and leader of the New Nationalist party, Saula Telawa has raised concerns with the Commonwealth envoy Sir Paul Reeves on the lack of communal seats allocated to indigenous Fijians.
Telawa said he told Reeves more communal seats should be given to indigenous Fijian people.
And Officials from the Party of National Unity in the West said they are concerned with the proposed changes, specifically the one man one vote system, General Secretary Meli Bogileka said.
Reeves continue consultations with various stakeholders at the Parliamentary complex on convening a political forum to discuss the electoral reforms.
