At just 18 years of age, Josua Tuisova has already made a name for himself in the local rugby Sevens scene.

Tuisova was in sensational form in most of the local sevens tournaments and was instrumental in helping the Westfield Sevens team win the Vatukoula Sevens tournament this year.

Tuisova is now looking forward to be named in the 12 member Digicel Fiji Sevens team for the Gold Coast Sevens.

Coach Timoci Wainiqolo said Tuisova is a utility player who has speed and the ability to break the line of defense.

Meanwhile, the Gold Coast Sevens kicks off next Saturday with Fiji playing Scotland at 2.42pm in its first pool match.

Fiji will play Tonga at 5.58pm and will then play Australia at 9.46pm.
