Police are questioning a 27 year old technician of Nadi for allegedly stabbing a 40 year old foreman to death early yesterday morning.
Assistant spokesperson Sergeant Atunaisa Sokomuri has confirmed that the alleged incident took place during a drinking party where it is alleged that an argument developed between the suspect and the victim.
The two were part of a drinking group at Wailoaloa Beach and later went to a house where the alleged incident took place.
The foreman was rushed to Nadi hospital where he was pronounced dead by doctors.
Police are awaiting the post mortem report.
