The battle in Wellington will be tough for the Digicel Fiji Sevens side as teams will be gunning to displace them at the top of the points table.
With just a day away from the excitement and thrills of the prestigious event then pressure is mounting for the Fiji Sevens team to deliver.
Assistant coach Etuate Waqa said they need support until the end of the tournament.
Fiji will play Argentina at 12.44pm this Friday in its first match of the New Zealand Sevens.
At 3.40pm Fiji will take on Tonga and in its last pool match Fiji will play Wales at 8.12pm.
The cup quarter-finals will start at 1.33pm Saturday with the cup semi-finals starting at 5.35pm.
The cup final will be played at 8.30pm.
