The Digicel Fiji 7s team management had a one-to-one session with the boys this afternoon, to determine that they were all prepared for the Australia 7s that kicks off tomorrow.
Assistant coach Josateki Savou said that it was an emotional time for some of them as they pledged to do their best this weekend.
Tonga coach Siua Tuimalolo said his boys are ready but it’s always hard to beat Fiji and Samoa.
Meanwhile Australian coach Michael O’Connor said the tournament has grown from strength to strength and his boys are ready for the challenge.
The Australia 7s kicks off at 12:39pm tomorrow.
Australia is in Pool C with Fiji, USA and Tonga and their first pool game is against Tonga at 3:13pm.
Fiji’s first pool game is at 2:51pm against USA.
