Any off the field behavior from team officials will not be tolerated by referees.

This has been confirmed by the referees manager Patrick Gock after the Suva rugby team trainer was escorted off the field by the police during the Farebrother Sullivan Trophy challenge match against Naitasiri.

Gock said the trainer who was also a water carrier for Suva was unhappy with the referee’s decision on the sideline and had to be taken away.

Gock has also sent out a warning to the remaining teams yet to challenge for the Farebrother trophy for everyone to follow the rules.

Meanwhile, Naitasiri will defend the Farebrother Sullivan Trophy against Nadi this Saturday and the venue is yet to be confirmed.
