Team Fiji athletes have been told to refrain from drugs while competing at the Pacific Mini Games in Cook Islands.

The Oceania Regional Anti-Doping Organisation will be conducting drug tests and at this stage none of the athletes know who could be called up for testing.

Fasanoc President Vidhya Lakhan who wants the Games to be drug-free, said Team Fiji athletes were given lessons on the drug tests and won't make any mistakes that can ruin their sporting career.

Lakhan said they will have managers meeting in Raratonga tomorrow and will discuss more on drug testing so all athletes are drug-free.
