President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau has reminded the Fiji team going to the Pacific Mini Games that the people of Fiji always expect the best from the sporting teams.
Speaking to the team during the Team Fiji “i Tatau” this morning, Ratu Epeli said it’s how they perform on the field that matters.
Meanwhile, Team Fiji Chef de Mission Alini Rabitusoni said the teams have prepared well and are ready to take the challenge.
Rabitusoni added there are some developing athletes who will be going for the first time.
Team Fiji will fly out to Wallis and Futuna at 2pm next Saturday while the Pacific Mini Games will be held from the 2nd to the 12th of next month.
