Team Fiji lies in 4th place on the official medal tally after day Two of the Pacific Games competition in Samoa.

They managed to win 5 gold, 2 silver and 8 bronze medals from Judo, Swimming, Weightlifting and Shooting.

Judo grabbed 4 gold, two silver and 4 bronze while Swimming star Caroline Pickering Puamau won a gold from the pool with Glen Kable winning bronze in shooting and Manueli Tulo grabbing three bronze medals from weight-lifting.

Team Fiji hopes to win more medals today from Judo, Shooting, Swimming, Touch Rugby and Weightlifting.
 
Meanwhile Papua New Guinea leads the medal tally with 8 gold and 3 silver while New Caledonia is in second place after winning 5 gold, 10 silver and 8 bronze medals so far and Nauru in third place with 5 gold, 4 silver and 5 bronze.
