Fiji Hockey team successfully defended their gold medal when they defeated Papua New Guinea 3-2 in the final this afternoon.
Team captain Lucretia smith said it was a touch match but celebrations are on in Fiji Hockey camp.
Smith said confidence was their key to success.
Meanwhile Sameer Ali won the bronze medal in the Taekwondo competition today.
Team Fiji now have 13 gold, 20 silver and 22 bronze medals.
