Team Fiji Weightlifting, continued their dominance at the Pacific Mini Games in the Cook Islands, after veteran Josefa Vueti bagged two Gold medals and a silver in this afternoon's competition.

Vueti won Gold in the Men's 77kg Clean and Jerk took out Silver in the Men's 77kg Snatch and took out Gold again in the Men's 77kg Total.

Earlier today, Weightlifting new comer Bill Andrews settled for the bronze in the Mens 69kg category.

Kiribati took out the gold with Samoa getting the silver.

They now have 33 gold, 17 silver and 16 bronze medals.

Meanwhile Fiji failed to win any medals in the Lawn Bowls Womens singles after they lost to Niue, and the Team Fiji Squash team lost out in their Pool matches.

The Pacific Mini Games ends on Saturday.
