Team Fiji continues to win medals at the Oceania Grand Prix which will continue today in the Northern Marianas.

Leslie Copeland won Fiji's first Gold medal in the Open Men's Javelin Throw yesterday. Copeland eyeing for a spot in the Olympics threw a distance of 66.18 meters, still short of the qualifying throw of 69 meters.

Meanwhile the Suva Grammar School sprinter Makelesi Tumalevu also won Gold in the Open Women's Long Jump. She jumped 5.84 meters to finish in first place.

Team Fiji has so far won 2 gold, 2 silver and a bronze medal.
