A Primary School teacher of Suva is under investigation for allegedly assaulting a student.
It is alleged that the teacher allegedly assaulted the class four students during class.
A report has been lodged with the Nabua Police Station and an investigation is underway.
Meanwhile, it has also been confirmed that the teacher gave $100 to the parents of the victim for her medical treatment.
The teacher is expected to be questioned soon.
