All teachers need to start the new academic term with a plan.
Education Minister Filipe Bole said teachers who plan and prepare well in advance, without doubt will confidently walk into day one with much enthusiasm and energy, ready for the new academic year.
Bole said school committees are also advised that their role too is very critical before the commencement of each term.
Similar comments were echoed by the General Secretary of the Fiji Teachers Union Agni Deo Singh for teachers not to be complacent after the holidays.
School kicks off on the 26th of this month.
