Meeting students that I taught more than 30 years ago at Suva Grammar has been a wonderful experience, and it has made the trip back so worthwhile.
These are the sentiments of Janice Huddleston one of the three teachers of Suva Grammar School during the 1960's present at the weeklong 50th Golden Jubilee Celebrations.
Huddleston who taught at SGS from 1962 to 1972 with her husband said she made the trip back to Fiji after 38 years just for the celebrations.
Huddleston said her experience at Suva Grammar holds a special place in her heart.
The Suva Grammar School 50th Golden Jubilee Celebrations continues this week with events held in the evening, and ends on Saturday.
