A Secondary school teacher is expected to appear in the Labasa Court tomorrow for indecently assaulting eight secondary school students.
Regional Police Commander Northern, ASP Luke Qiobaravi told Fijivillage news that the matter was reported to the Police on Friday and a team of Police Officers went to the school and interviewed the students.
The teacher was taken into custody yesterday and has been charged with indecently assaulting females.
Meanwhile, a 24 year old man has been taken into custody in relation to the death of an American tourist yesterday who was out on a snorkeling trip.
ASP Luke Qiobaravi said the 24 year old year old was steering the boat, when the propeller is believed to have hit American tourist on his heading and he died instantly.
