Digicel Fiji Sevens coach Iliesa Tanivula wants a good start in the opening pool game against Georgia tomorrow morning to lay the plat-form in defending the Melrose Cup.
Tanivula watched the side wrapped up their training in the captains run at the "Sevens" ground yesterday with co-captain Semisi Naevo leading the forwards and Vereniki Goneva calling the shots in the back-line.
And with 5 of the players which won the 2005 Sevens World Cup title in the run on team, his only message to the team is to lead the way, in all of their games.
He has also has named a strong starting line-up to take on Georgia in its first World Cup match tomorrow morning.
The team to take on Georgia: In the forwards, Semisi Naevo, Apolosi Satala, Napolioni Nalaga and in the backs Jone Daunivucu will start at half-back, Vereniki Goneva at playmaker, Vilimoni Delasau at rover while Neumi Nanuku returns on the wing for Fiji.
Fiji takes on Georgia at 4:16 tomorrow morning.
