Tanivula pleads with nation to be united
Tanivula said while the side has faced a lot of criticism in the past few weeks we should remember that they are flying the Fiji flag in the City of Gold and his players are prepared to do the country proud.
He says the inclusion of 5 players who won the Melrose Cup in 2005 in the starting line-up in their opening pool game shows the seriousness in camp in their quest to be the first team to defend the title.
His message for the players was not to take any team lightly as they are all in Dubai to dethrone Fiji.
The team to take on Georgia: In the forwards, Semisi Naevo, Apolosi Satala and Napolioni Nalaga and in the backs Jone Daunivucu will start at half-back, Vereniki Goneva at playmaker, Vilimoni Delasau at rover while Neumi Nanuku returns on the wing for Fiji. Fiji takes on Georgia at 4:16 tomorrow morning.
