The Digicel Fiji 7s team coach, Iliesa Tanivula has set his vision for next year and has told his boys to do the same.
Tanivula said he is spending time now to iron out the mistakes which happened at the Dubai and George 7s tournament for a better performance in Wellington.
Tanivula said Digicel Fiji 7s team players need to get serious as competition in Wellington will be stiff.
Fiji is pooled with South Africa, France and Canada in the Wellington 7s tournament.
