Those were the words of Flying Fijians captain Netani Talei to secondary school rugby players with one week away from the Deans quarter finals.
Talei said that the competition is interesting now as schools like Assemblies of God High School and Lautoka Central College are proving that they have what it takes to be the best.
Talei added that you have to be a team player to be the best in rugby.
The Deans quarterfinals will kick-off next Wednesday and Saturday.
Meanwhile Ratu Kadavulevu School under 18 side will take on Queen Victoria School this Friday to determine who is the top team from the Eastern zone.
