The Tailevu Rugby Union wants changes to the Fiji Rugby Union (FRU) board members.
Secretary Navitalai Naivalurua has confirmed that 3 of their executive members will contest the FRU board elections at the Annual General Meeting next Saturday.
Naivalurua said the names of former politician Irami Matairavula, Ratu Jone Tagivakatini and Ratu Lepani Tagicakibau have been endorsed by Tailevu.
He added they will seek the support of neighbouring unions Rewa, Northland, Naitasiri and Suva during the AGM to see that changes are brought about in the FRU board.
The FRU Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Nasova Police Academy on the 25th of this month.
