Tailevu needs a win over Nadroga this weekend to remain in contention for a semifinal spot in the Digicel Cup.

Tailevu side is in eighth place with 10 points in the competition table with only six rounds left.

Team coach Lance Whippy said they have a slim chance of making it to the semifinal but is not losing any hopes.

Whippy said Nadroga is a champion side, but they will try to beat them and remain hopeful for the semifinal.

Tailevu/Nadroga match will kick off on Saturday at 3pm at Ratu Cakobau Park.

In other Digicel Cup games this weekend, Rewa plays Nadi, Ovalau hosts Lautoka, Naitasiri meets Northland, Tavua against Navosa and Namosi will play Suva.
