Tailevu proved too strong for Lautoka this afternoon in the Digicel Cup clash beating them 16-3 at Ratu Cakobau Park.

Tailevu led 13-0 at halftime.

Lautoka which is on better position on the point's table compared to Tailevu just didn't have much strength to match Tailevu.

The Tailevu Defence stood tall throughout the 80 minutes not allowing the maroons to cross their try line.
