The Tailevu rugby team will be without some key players in the opening Farebrother Sullivan trophy challenge against Lautoka on Saturday.

The side will miss the services of winger Timoci Nagusa, halfback Nemia Kenatale and inside centre Saula Radidi who are away in Japan with the Flying Fijian.

It is likely that Coach Inoke Male will rely on the experience of James Vuli and Sunia Sevu to lead the side in their defense against an unknown Lautoka side.

For Tailevu they have not play in any provincial match this year compared to the sugar city boys who played to a 10 all draw against Rewa and also last week with a warm up game against Nadroga.

The Tailevu/Lautoka game will be a double header where the Farebrother Sullivan trophy is at stake and also the Digicel Cup points.

The match will kickoff at 3pm on Saturday at Ratu Cakobau Park and live commentary on our sister radio station Viti FM.
