The Tailevu South U14 team has been crowned the new champions of the FMF Chow Kaji after they beat Nasinu Warriors 14-7, the team earlier beat Suva Blues in the semifinals to cause the biggest upset of the day.

Speaking to Fijivillage, Tailevu South U14 captain Ratu Marika Toroca said that winning the title this afternoon was tough but it was the support from their parents that kept them aiming high.

The Suva Blues side also showed their dominance after having won five titles, and the Blues U13 side was also crowned the new champions after they thrashed Nasinu 35-0.

In other FMF Chow Kaji finals results this afternoon: in the U12 thrashed Northland Bulls 47-0, in the U11 Suva Blues beat Tailevu South 28-0, thrashed Northland Bulls in the U10 grade by 33-0 and beat Tailevu South 14-0 in the U9 grade.
