The new record of 10.20 seconds was set in the last hour has helped Marist Brothers High School maintain their lead.

Marist has 11 Gold, 9 Silver and 7 Bronze with Suva Grammar on 8 Gold, 4 silver and 6 Bronze.
In the Zone II Girls Division, Suva Grammar School leads with 7 Gold, 2 Silver and 4 Bronze medals.
Rampur College follows in second with 2 Gold, 1 Silver, and 1 Bronze.
