The FMF Flying Fijians management team will announce its captain to the World Cup in France at the end of the fourth week of training.
The captain's name will be endorsed by coach Ilivasi Tabua after liasing with the coaching panel.
Speaking to Village sports coach Ilivasi Tabua said he will study the players on and off the field before making a decision.
However it is understood that the captains' position could go to England based Mosese Rauluni and Kele Leawere could be named as vice-captain.
A final decision will be made on August 10th.
