National 15's Coach Ilivasi Tabua has put his money on defending champions the Stallions to edge the Highlanders in today’s opening round of the Colonial Cup.
Speaking to Village Sports, Tabua said that the likes of Bill Gadolo, Tiko Matawalu and Rupeni Nasiga will give a big boost to the host team against the Highlanders.
Tabua is also looking at how the players can lift up their performance to be considered for the national team.
The Stallions and Highlanders match will kick-off at 6pm this evening and live commentary can be heard on our sister radio station Viti FM.
Tomorrow at 3pm in Churchill Park the Crusaders host the Knights while at Garvey the Roosters face the Sharks.
