Tabua Wants School Ruggers Playing Top Level
Tabua who is at Churchill Park watching the Coca Cola Zero Deans semifinals said secondary school players need to have the basics right which has been seen as a weakness during today's semifinal matches.
Meanwhile RKS will feature in five finals next week after they won their respective semifinal matches at Churchill Park in Lautoka this morning.
In the under 14 final RKS will face QVS after they beat Suva Grammar by a coin toss when both teams were locked nil-all even after the sudden death. QVS advanced into the final after their 5-0 win over Marist Brothers.
In the Under 15 division RKS will again meet QVS. RKS in the semifinal beat Natabua 13-10 and QVS defeated Marist Brothers 17-15. In the Under 16 division RKS will take on Suva Grammar after they beat Natabua 15-12 and Suva Grammar outclassed Lelean 17-10.
In the Under 17 division RKS will meet Marist in the final. RKS beat Suva Grammar 32-17 in today's semifinal and Marist defeated Lelean by 14 points to 5. In the Under 18 division final RKS will battle it out with Lelean. RKS thrashed Marist 39-3 and Lelean beat QVS 36-3.
