Flying Fijians 15's Rugby Coach Ilivasi Tabua is now taking on the challenge to try and develop youth from the age of 15yrs to 19yrs to understandd the game of rugby before they make it to the national side.

Speaking to Fijivillage Sports, Tabua said the downfall of the U-20 side during the World Cup and the lack of depth in the local players during the PNC is a result of the lack of development at school levels.
