Banuve Tabakaucoro has qualified for the 100 meters final of the Oceania Athletics Championship which is underway in Tahiti.
Tabakaucoro clocked the fastest time in all the heats with a time of 10.69 seconds.
Coca Cola games sprint queen Sisilia Seavula will also be in action in the women’s 100m.
Marist Brothers High school student Isikeli Waqa will be taking part in the men’s high jump today while Simione Isimeli will compete in the men's triple jump.
Mereseini Naidau will be taking part in the women’s 800m.
Last night Fiji settled for silver in the Mixed 800m Sprint rely with Sisilia Seavula, Mereseini Naidau, Banuve Tabakaucoro and Simione Isimeli.
Fiji currently has 2 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze.
