Transparency International agrees there is a need for a leadership code of conduct in the country to have a transparent government as proposed in the Draft People's Charter.

Chairperson Suliana Siwatibau said they agree with most of the "way forward" given in the Charter as they have been promoting it for all these years now.

However she said it is important to implement and monitor its progress to make it work.
