As the deadline looms for compulsory registration under the Telephone Services decree, TFL has so far registered half of its 145,000 fixed line and pre-paid wireless customers.
Newly appointed TFL CEO Rohan Mail said they are hoping all customers will come forward to register so that they are not forced to terminate services for unregistered customers.
Mail said the registration process has taken its toll on their staff and resources.
Meanwhile, Mail, who takes over from Sakiasi Seru as CEO, hails from South Africa and has worked for several renown telecom companies such as Optus and Telstra in Australia amongst others.
