Under the restructure of Telecom Fiji Limited, a few managerial posts will be made redundant as they intend to merge its subsidiary companies.
That is the revelation by acting chief executive Sakiasi Seru as the company named its new executive management team.
Seru said the post of chief executive for Connect, a subsidiary of TFL, will no longer exist as the company will look at merging the subsidiary, with a few more posts being looked at.
Former Connect CEO Sharon Smith along with former marketing manager Ian Lyons did not renew their contracts with the company and Seru confirmed they will not be a part of the new look management board.
According to the restructure proposal by ATH, the executive management board of TFL will be cut down from 11 to 7 general managers.
