The Suva and Navua soccer teams have bowed out of the Innk Mobile Battle of the Giants soccer tournament at Govind Park after they lost their last pool matches today.

Suva lost to Nadroga by 2 goals to nil while Rewa also beat Navua by 2-0.

Joseph Elder scored a penalty for the Stallions in the beginning of the second half while Elvin Prasad scored the second goal for the Stallions in the dying moments of the match. 

Nadroga now has a chance of qualifying to the semifinal however they will be hoping that Ba beats Nadi tonight.

Nadi which has one point now needs three clear goals to qualify for the semis.

Suva was playing with nine players in the second half after Leone Damudamu copped two yellow cards and goalkeeper Emori Ragata was shown a red card for head butting a Nadroga player.

Meanwhile, Rewa’s goals against Navua were scored by James Naka and Apisai Smith.
 
Rewa has six points however they will have to wait for the results of the Labasa and Lautoka match to confirm whether they will qualify for the semifinals tomorrow.

Labasa is currently leading Lautoka 1 nil in the first half and at 6.30pm Ba will take on Nadi.
