The two Suva teams in this year’s Central Division FMF Chow Games will have a total of 234 athletes from 20 Suva based schools.
Team President Nasoni Tuinaceva said the reason they are fielding two teams is simply to increase the number of athletes which has doubled compared to previous years.
Tuinaceva said their strength lies in their sprinters.
He said most of their athletes are from Veiuto Primary school, Saint Agnes Primary school, Dudley Primary school and Yat Sen Primary school.
The Central Division FMF Chow games will be held at the ANZ stadium tomorrow and Saturday while the Western games will also be held tomorrow and Saturday at Churchill Park.
