The Suva soccer team sent out warning to all the other teams after being the first team to qualify for the semi-final of the Vodafone Fiji Fact at Govind Park in Ba.

The Whites defeated arc-rivals Lautoka 2-1 with goals from Joseph Mishra and Samuela Drudru to guarantee a semi-final spot with seven points.

Suva soccer coach Gurjeet Singh said that he is happy with players performance but alot needs to be done for the knock out stages.

The second team to qualify from that pool is still unknown after Nadi came from behind to hold Rewa 1-1.

The two western giants, Lautoka and Nadi will have to battle it out for the second spot.

Meanwhile Ba looks set to qualify for the semi-finals from their pool after thumping Labasa 4-0 in the final match last night.

Both teams were locked nil-all till the breather but the hosts came out strongly in the second half to score four unanswered goals from Isimeli Naresia, Avineshwaran Swamy, Malakai Tiwa and Alvin Singh.

Nadroga has the best chance to qualify from that pool as they only need a draw against Labasa.
