IDC Champion, Suva has suffered a major blow ahead of the Pillay Garments Champion versus Champion series.
Captain and sweeper, Simione Maikali is in doubt for the match as his father has passed away.
Coach, Gurjeet Singh confirms that he does not have a replacement for Maikali.
Singh has also blamed Suva officials for lack of urgency as only a few players are turning up for training.
Suva has played in four Champion Versus Champion series but have lost to Ba on all occasions.
The two teams last meeting in the IDC final was marred with controversy as the match was abandoned with just seconds of extra-time remaining.
