Suva has buried a 14 year old drought after defeating Naitasiri 14-12 to successfully defend the Farebrother Sullivan Trophy this afternoon.

Kaminieli Neiqisa was the hero for the side as he kicked a penalty in injury time to give the capital city side a hard fought victory.

Both teams were locked 6-all at half time with Suva scoring the only try of the game in the second half through replacement winger Vilitati Sokiveta.

Meanwhile, Naitasiri's 12 points came from the boots of flyhalf Kolinio Vunaki as he kicked four penalties for the Highlanders.

Suva will now take on Lautoka next week in the last challenge of the farebrother Sullivan trophy.
