The Suva soccer team expects their seven top players to start training with the side from this Wednesday.

These players were part of the Vodafone Fiji Under 23 team that toured Spain for some build up matches for the Rio Olympics.

Coach, Gurjeet Singh says they want to give the players at least two days rest before they join the team.

He adds Emori Raqata is likely to play as the goalkeeper as Ulaiasi Tamanisau is with the Vodafone Fiji Futsal side.

The first leg of the Pillay Garments CVC between Suva and Nadi will be played at 7pm this Friday at the ANZ Stadium while the second leg will be played at 3pm Sunday at Prince Charles Park.

You can catch the live commentaries of both games on our sister station, Radio Sargam.
