Many residents around Suva were not prepared for water cuts as they were not informed.
Areas like Lami, Laucala Beach, Samabula, Valelevu, and Nasinu were faced with water disruptions from Tuesday night until Wednesday without any warning.
Fijivillage posed the question to Water Authority of Fiji why people were not informed on this water cut in order for them to store water.
Spokesperson Mika Nagalu said that they have always informed people before hand if there was going to be water cuts.
Nagalu said if people are still experiencing water disruptions to contact them on 3346777.
Meanwhile, the water disruptions in Lami were due to a burst main at Marine Drive while the Laucala Beach areas were due to a burst main located at 4miles.
